Creating a Database

Let's start by clicking on the 'Create/Delete Database'
button on the admin panel.




Naming the Database

If this is a searchable singles site then you may want to call it 'Singles' .Enter 'Singles in the text box and press 'Add Database'

 


Selecting the Database Type

If you want a singles database then you may select the pre-built database 'Singles' .Let's do so for illustration purposes. Then Press 'Continue'

 



Selecting the Template

Here you may select a template. In our prebuilt case , we've selected 'A'. It is recommended that you use the already selected template as a guide so that you may see the features and settings of the system. You can then experiment on your own. Press 'Continue' .

 


Naming the Buttons, Titles, and image in the Template

As you can see the Singles database has values filled out for the button names already. You may enter your own labels to the buttons and titles . Select
' Submit/Preview template' to see immediately the user search side that is generated. Note: You must select 'Submit/Preview to generate/regenerate
the template seach page for changes to take place.


Click "Advanced Settings' to further customize the look. To see the advanced settings tutorial click here now

You now exit this screen by pressing 'Exit'. This takes you to the main admin screen.

Checking the user side from the admin panel

You may also press the 'User search' button to get to the user side or the 'DB Links' button to get user links to the databases you create.

Adding Records
You as admin can enter data yourself to the database. To do requires clicking the
