products. By acquiring these rights, you can duplicate the software
products and sell them as your own. But quantities are always limited.
We will only sell 20 reprint and duplication rights packages for
each of our software products.

Reprint and Duplication Rights
The reprint and duplication rights we offer give you the non-exclusive
right to duplicate, sell, give away, rename, repackage, and in general,
resell individual copies of these products in any way you choose.
Royalty Payments
There are no ongoing royalty payments or per copy payments. Once
you purchase the rights, all income you make marketing these products
is yours to keep. Additionally, you are not required to provide
us any information regarding your sales figures.
Duplication
When you acquire the reprint rights, you can have the product duplicated
at the facility of your choice. In the case of our software products,
we handle fulfillment via an email package which will be supplied
to you. At your choosing, you may want to repackage this into a
manual and floppy disk to send to your customers.
Restrictions
The only restriction on these products, is you may not offer the
products wholesale, and you may not sell the reprint and duplication
rights to anyone else. Doing so would be a violation of our terms,
and U.S. and International copyright law. If you are interested
in selling reprint rights of these products to others, let us know
and we can send you information on how to obtain those rights from
us.
What You Receive
When you purchase the reprint and duplication rights to products
from us, you will receive:
- Certificate of Reprint and Duplication Rights - made out in
your name giving you the legal right to reprint and duplicate
the product.
- Product Master - used for duplication purposes. Generally, this
will be in the form of a zip file containing the product source
code, any relevant web pages and complete documentation on how
to install and use the software package.
- Master Copies of Promotional Information - any press releases,
sales letters, and other marketing materials that have been produced
for the specific product you acquire will be provided to you if
any exist on said product.
- Updates - as we evolve and improve the software products, you
will be given the opportunity to get the latest updates of they
software you purchased at no additional charge.
